About Reconstruction

on Jestha 17, 2081 B.S., the temple suffered severe damage due to a natural disaster, leaving it completely destroyed. This unforeseen calamity has deeply impacted the spiritual and cultural heritage of the region, emphasizing the urgent need for restoration efforts.

In the year 2081 (Bikram Sambat), on the auspicious occasion of Shubh Deepawali, a Deusi-Bhailo event was organized, and a fundraising campaign was conducted with the participation of devoted worshippers to support the reconstruction of the temple. As a result of these collective efforts, the temple reconstruction work officially commenced on 8th month, 1st day of the year 2081B.S.

However, due to financial constraints, the construction work faced difficulties in progressing further..

As part of the reconstruction efforts, the temple will be developed as a religious and tourist destination, preserving the heritage and traditional architectural style in its exterior while incorporating modern technology for a durable and well-structured interior.
